You will hear the story of the settlement and will be able to discover some testimonies of the comunist destructions, watching a lapidarium and of course, accompanied by the beautiful voice of the nuns who are living in the middle of the city center in this monastery. Then the tour continues with the visit of the Royal Court of Vlad the Impaler (Draculea) which hospites the ruins of Wallachia’s old Royal Palace, constructed and enlarged by Vlad the Impaler.
The tour finishes at Hanul lui Manuc (Manuc’s Inn), the oldest inn from Bucharest that belonged to a rich armenian prince, considered a spy during the Russian and Turkish occupation from 1812. The hotel-restaurant building is the last one having the architecture of caravanserai style in Europe.
