After breakfast, departure for Constanta in the southeast part of Romania. It is located on the Black Sea coast, in a lagoon area to the east, hilly to the north and in the central part, and the plain to the south and west. The city of Constanta has a 6 km long private beach. The northern part of the city, Mamaia, the most populated seaside resort, is located on the shores of a lagoon, with a 7 km long beach, a beach that continues with another 6 km of Navodari.

Constanta is one of the oldest certified cities in Romania.

The town was conquered by the Romans in 71 BC. and renamed Constantiana after the sister of Emperor Constantine the Great. During the 13th century, the Great Sea (as the Black Sea was called) was dominated by Italian merchants in Genoa who helped develop the city.

Later, Constanta underwent a decline under Ottoman rule, becoming a mere village inhabited by Greek fishermen and horse and sheep riders. Constanta became a city after the construction of the Cernavodă-Constanta railway line and the port, in 1865, for the export of Romanian wheat. After the War of Independence (1877-1878), when Dobrogea became part of the Kingdom of Romania, Constanta, the main port of the state, grew continuously, maintaining this role until today.

Tomis Port is the tourist and fishing port of Constanta, located in the historic city center.

Constanta Casino is a historic building in Constanta. It is one of the most representative symbols of the city, having been erected in 1909 and inaugurated in August 1910. The port was built in 1958 in the former Dolphin Golf. The port basin was built by closing the bay to two airports: the north Y-shaped, with an initial length of 400 m, was extended in 2007 with another 200 m; the eastern one starts from the cliff of the casino, 500 meters long.
