Itinerary: Hotel Bucharest - Prahova Valley - Sinaia - Predeal - Bran - Bran Castle - villages Magura and Pestera - Piatra Craiului Mountains - Bucharest

After the visit of Bran Castle, we go for a trip in Piatra Craiului mountains, passing by 2 villages, Magura and Pestera that are considered two of the most natural and virgins from the entire country. Next to the villages there is a starting point for an excursion in the mountains. We will walk between one and two hours. After this exursion, we will visit Rasnov Citadel.

*You can choose to add a night of accomodation in Piatra Craiului Mountains. The accomodation is made in this case at Curmatura House (1470 m altitude). The next day we start for an excursion of about 5 hours to Padina Popii pick.

Bran Castle, also known as Dracula Castle, became a first-class destination once with the appearance of the famous book written by the irish writer Bram Stocker. The Piatra Craiului is every Carpathian scrambler's dream. The mountains have been designated a National Park and they are 300 fungi species, 220 lichen species, 100 different mosses, 1100 species of superior plants (a third of the number of all plant species found in Romania), 50 Carpathians endemic species and also two endemic species for Piatra Craiului can be found.

Rasnov Citadel is the most famous and well preserved fortress from Transilvania, being constructed by the germans for defensive purpose. Discover the taste of medieval athmosfere and enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas with Brasov and its surrounds!
