Itinerary:
Day 1. Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Bucharest and guided tour, based on the flight. Accomodation Hotel Capitol / Ambasador 4 * - 16km –
On the road leading to the city you will see the main tourist objectives of Bucharest: the Triomfo Arch, Victoriei Square, Stavropoleos Monastery, Sant'Antonio church, Princely Court, Hanu lui Manuc Restaurant, the National Cathedral, Palace of Parliament (from outside ), Calea Victoriei, Revolution Square, Romanian Athenaeum, Royal Palace, Central University Library, former Communist Central Comitetum. Free dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2. Bucharest - Sinaia - Bran - Brasov. Accomodation Hotel Coroana Brasovului / Wagner 3 * - 200 km -
This day we visit the two famous Romanian castles, famous for their legends and architectural beauty. Peles Castle, a royal brand since the 19th century, amazes with its eclectic details, but above all the woodwork makes you think of the Bavarian castles. After visiting the Sinaia Orthodox monastery erected by a descendant of the family of the last Byzantine emperors, Cantacuzino, we arrive at the Bran Castle, the work of the Teutonic knights, then the summer residence of Queen Maria. Here we discover the truth about the legend of Dracula, born of Prince Vlad Tepes. Arrival in Brasov, guided tour of the historic center with the Black Church, Council House, Strada della Corda (the narrowest in Europe), District and church of Scheii Brasovului, the White Tower, Black Tower. Free dinner and overnight.
Day 3. Brasov, city tour and free time - Snagov Monastery (optional) - Bucharest. Accommodation Hotel Capitol / Ambasador 4 * -175 km-
After breakfast without hurry and free time or guided tour with the guide (to be agreed with the guide), departure for the Snagov Monastery, erected by Vlad Tepes for religious, but also military reasons. Here the surrounding population withdrew in the event of an attack and here is the tomb of Prince Vlad. Arrival in Bucharest, small panoramic tour, free dinner and overnight.
Day 4. Hotel - Guided tour of Bucharest (optional), transfer to the airport according to the flight -16 km –
If the weather permits, enjoy a visit to the Therme of Bucharest, located near the Otopeni airport.
